On 17 July 2023, Ciarb (EAB) invited Ms Rachel Ansell KC to give a talk entitled "Keeping Arbitration on track in 2023".

Ms Ansell discussed the different stages involved in an arbitration and share her insights on how to get the best results. She also gave us a rundown on the best and worst practices in arbitration 2023.
