Introduction to International Arbitration Course
The Branch offers the Introduction to International Arbitration course as an entry level course for those who would like to gain an understanding of the general principles of international arbitration and its relationship to other dispute resolution processes. The one-day course will provide candidates with an introduction to the legal framework of, and good practice and procedure in, international arbitration in their jurisdiction. Successful completion of the course leads to Associate Membership of the CIArb. The Branch is currently gauging interest in this course and plans to hold the course if numbers are sufficient.
